Hop on hop off in London was a disaster! Audio didn't work, overhead speaker didn't work, operator didn't call out the stops so we even knew where we were! Appeared as if the 2nd floor operator was charging more to go to the 2nd floor! Decided to go on the1/2 hour river cruise on the Thames which was included and had to wait in line for 2 hours! Wasted 1 of my only 2 days in London! We were not happy at all and it was a sad introduction to a city I've wanted to go to all my life!

We were disappointed as this was just bus service and not a tour. We were traveling at such a high speed that you couldn’t take a picture if you wanted to.

We were so excited about this bus tour to see London on our one day visit, and it started off well...but it quickly went downhill in the afternoon. The buses took 20-40 minutes to come pick up up instead of the 15 minutes that was advertised. The buses were all overcrowded and people couldn’t even sit. The employees seemed stressed and unhappy at each stop. We wouldn’t take this tour again.

The route hit most of the iconic landmarks in London. The only thing that sort of dampened the tour is the London traffic which was exacerbated by the gas leak.

The buses were easy to find and there was always open seats. Viatar was a great way to buy tickets. Red bus tickets got us on both red and blue lines, as well as a boat ride.

Loved the River Thames cruise that came with the ticket. Good maps to follow. Buckingham Palace was beautiful. Harrods is a too see. We got off the bus and walked a lot, it is easy to find another bus stop.Only down fall, during the busy time, buses get full fast, and you have to wait till the next one.Sit on the top, fun to view from there.

This tour was amazing and hit all the major attractions! We had the best guide (Matthew). He knew everything about the city and the history. The employees were all helpful before we got on and off the tour. It was the best and I highly recommend the big bus tours!

This was our first activity upon arriving in London. We had hoped to get an overall layout of the city. After three hours of getting on and off buses for numerous reasons (the company's, not ours) we chose to get off for good and walk. Routes were closed, we were asked to get off one bus where we had wonderful seats on the top level to get on a bus directly in front of us that had filled up before we even got there, and then told to go back to our original bus where the top had by then been filled. VERY rude lady as I asked why we had to get off and then back on. We actually saw NOTHING in three hours and had no hopes of anything getting better. Save your money or try another company. Terribly disappointing for our introduction to London.
